The latest food buzz that has taken Hoboken by storm is The Taco Truck parked between 1st & 2nd on Sinatra Drive near the Hudson River waterfront and the W Hotel & Residences. I've heard the food is great. The Taco Truck can be followed on Twitter @thetacotruck.
